MANUFACTURE

     The process is completely home made. Firstly, the best figs are selected for their quality as well as for ther size. After a treatment of washig and drying they are filled, one by one, with delicious cream, home made, using chocolate, cream and liquor.

     Later they are covered with a chocolate layer and finally ther are packaged and presented in different size boxes.
